How Langtons Helped
Langtons helped the acquirer by sourcing and negotiating funding for the acquisition, as well as providing tax planning services so that the acquisition was structured in a tax efficient way.
The transaction was successfully acquired by Helen Demetrious, owner of Sheldrakes restaurant, with plans to relaunch the property as a hotel, restaurant, bar and wedding venue.
