EDP Health, Safety & Environmental Consultants (EDP), based in St Helens and established in 1989, provides advice to clients which includes blue chip companies Microsoft, Accenture, Unilever, London Stock Exchange and Bank of America.
The owners were looking for an exit from the business, resulting in it being offered to the management team via a Management Buy-Out.
