Deal Background

New Mind e-Tourism Solutions Limited (New Mind), established in 1999, is a global e-media company specialising in the tourism sector.

New Mind works with National and Regional tourist boards, city councils and tourism associations across the UK, Scandinavia and Spain.

New Vision Group Limited, established in 1985, develops integrated tourism technologies allowing destinations and tourism businesses to communicate effectively with visitors and other businesses.

How Langtons Helped

Langtons acted as lead advisors for New Mind e-Tourism Solutions, providing assistance with negotiating and structuring the deal, providing support during financial due diligence, as well as during the legal process.

We also provided specialist tax advice for the transaction.


The merger was successfully completed, with both brands continuing to operate in the market under the newly incorporated parent company Tourism Media Limited.

The merger allows clients of the individual businesses to get access to a wider selection of products and services offered by the wider group, providing a more comprehensive and higher quality service.
