Indigo Environmental Group, a leading environmental services business specialising in close-loop and innovative recycling solutions for several blue-chip
customers across manufacturing and local authorities, has acquired Three Counties Reclamation Limited (3Cr), a specialist in the recycling of high grade specification plastics.
The acquisition followed significant growth since the business was launched in late 2017 driven by a management team with over 20 years' experience in the sustainable recycling sectors.
How Langtons Helped
Having initially helped the business raise capital at incorporation, Langtons acted as financial advisers to Indigo on the acquisition of 3Cr and assisted in the negotiations and structuring of the transaction. Langtons also assisted Indigo in raising funding from MSIF and provided commercial input into the legal process.
